Women’s Business Center at JEDI was designated in 2014 and increases the vitality of people and communities through spirited and skillful business development, equitable capital access, and local wealth creation opportunities. They offer training, mentorship, expert guidance, access to resources, and community-building to the underserved small business owners of far Northern California with an intent to connect people, community, and opportunities to support the growth of thriving businesses and a resilient local economy. The WBC maintains two offices serving the North state in Mount Shasta and second office in Redding, CA. WBC is funded through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and supported by the SBA’s Office of Women’s Business Ownership.
